Lord Robertson urges international community to seize ‘opportunity of Moscow Conference’
Lord Robertson of Port Ellen, Chairman of the Commission for Global Road Safety, has urged world leaders to make a strong commitment to tackling road deaths when ministers meet at the 2009 Moscow Conference on global road safety.
